Clothing
A garment consists of many individual parts. Each element has its own requirement in the sewing process and therefore requires its individual sewing solution. For a pair of trousers or a shirt, numerous workstations work consistently on individual tasks in order to produce a common end product.
A smooth process
If just one machine stops, the entire production process comes to a standstill. Quite often the interruptions are caused by the operator. We eradicate the so-called „human factor“ as far as possible by automating our workstations and ensuring neat handling conditions. .

Fully automated solutions
– Savings on labour costs and effort
– Minimisation of processing errors
– Consistently high quality
– Simplified mass production .
Industrie 4.0
– Networking of all machines for centralised control
– Real-time monitoring of output and productivity
– Availability of real time engine data
– Simple handling, which enables quick training of staff
– Short response and implementation times
The way to the perfect sewing machine
Before a single screw is even turned, we determine your needs and understand the problem you are approaching us with

Based on the lessons learned in step one, our inventors develop concrete solutions that hit the mark, in line with the customer’s requirements

Once the plan has been finalised, the new sewing station will be put into practice. This involves sewing machine technicians, mechatronic engineers and software developers all joining forces

We assemble the machine until it is ready for installation and produce the desired number of units, as required

We ensure the smooth installation of the machines on site at your premises, so that not a day of production time is wasted

Our work is not yet done once the machine is working reliably. For optimal maintenance, we recommend the service of our specialists
